4. How much does the inspection cost?

This is one area where you do not want to skimp.  A well-qualified inspector is going to be
at the high end of the spectrum.  A few hundred dollars is a small price to pay to get the
best protection you can for perhaps the biggest purchase of your life. Do you really want
to go bargain hunting for the Inspector who will do the job for the least amount of money?
When hiring a Home Inspector, you should always search for the most qualified and most
experienced person you can find and cost should be a secondary consideration. You will
find that hiring the best doesn't cost; it pays.
