Abandoned/vacant property owners:
  • Status Inspection: This is an assessment of the current condition of the home designed
    to provide you with an understanding of the extent of any damages or other problems.
    This is not a complete home inspection. We review the property and generate a report
    complete with photos. This report can be emailed to anyone with a valid email address.
    The cost is $150 for the basic report which includes exterior photos from all sides and 15-
    20 interior photos with a narrative report of the general condition. A more detailed report
    is available at added cost.

We also offer:
  • General maintenance and repair of vacant homes or units.
  • Lawn maintenance (mowing, grass trimming, minor tree/bush pruning, etc.).
  • Coordinate further professional repairs

Landlords/Rental owners: (contract service is available)
  • General maintenance for rental homes or units
  • Coordinate further professional repairs


Residential services:

We provide basic home handyman services to help you get your home or property ready to sell,
or for any on-going general maintenance needs. Please call or email us with the details. Most
repair work is charged by the hour. Some examples of this might be

Home Exterior:
  • caulking
  • weatherstripping
  • fence repair
  • deck repair
  • loose brick repair (for chimneys, only on low-pitch roofs)
  • sidewalk section replacement
  • AC tubing insulation replacement
  • AC condenser pads
  • minor landscape repair and installation
  • minor soffit/trim/facia repair (limited height)
  • rain gutter/downspout repair (limited height)
  • storage shed repairs
  • minor painting and rust removal
  • mailbox installation/repair/replacement
  • lawn mowing and trimming
  • railing repairs
  • etc.

Home Interior:
  • wall dings/dents/small holes
  • loose railings
  • loose/broken cabinet doors and drawers
  • loose door hardware
  • door knob replacement
  • furnace filters
  • sump pump replacement (non-hard plumbed)
  • switch/outlet faceplate replacement
  • minor painting
  • etc.

Specialty Repairs:
  • minor concrete installations (example - garage apron or sidewalk replacement) This is
    limited by our schedule and usually to anything under 200 sq feet.
  • brick & concrete block installation
  • Glass block (fill old basement windows)

Some projects we don't do:

  • flooring
  • larger landscaping projects
  • painting large areas
  • remodeling
  • tree removal
