information below to contact us. Please leave a message if we don't answer the
phone immediately, we try to return your call within an hour whenever possible.
Email and fax requests are usually answered within four hours.

General Inspection Guidelines:
  1. Please allow three or more hours with the first hour preferably during daylight for full
    inspections.
  2. If we are to inspect the attic, anything in storage areas that would not allow ladder
    access to the opening needs to be removed by the owner.
  3. Water, heat, gas and electricity should be on and in operating condition.
  4. For safety’s sake, areas containing any aggressive animal(s) may not be inspected.
    Please do not lock pets in basement mechanical rooms.
  5. Please attend the inspection if at all possible but be aware that completing your
    inspection in the 3 hour time frame may require the inspector to work alone or
    uninterrupted at times. Feel free to ask questions – we will answer all that we can in the
    time alloted or at the conclusion of the inspection. Wear weather appropriate clothing.
