$300+K thru $400K = $329
$400+K thru $500K = $369
$500+K thru $700K = $419
$700+K thru $900K = $529
-For a limited time subsequent inspections are 20% off the
regular price. Limits: must be on the same purchase and 2

How does this work? We do our
inspection, send you a bill by email and
send the completed report to you when
paid. You do not need a PayPal account
to use this feature, just click the link in the
email we send and follow the instructions.
Status Inspection:
$150 for the basic report which includes exterior photos from all sides and 15-20 interior
photos with a narrative report of the general condition. A more detailed report is available at
added cost.

Component inspection:
$99 per component inspection. A component is one of any of the 8 major areas inspected in
the full inspection.

Consultation Inspection (limited)
$100 flat fee within 10 mile radius of Cedar Avenue & County road 46 in Lakeville. A $1.00 per
mile (one way only) mileage charge may apply beyond that.

Radon Testing:
$69 with the "full" home inspection
$99 for the radon test alone

General Inspection Guidelines:
  1. Please allow three or more hours with the first hour preferably during daylight for full
    inspections.
  2. If we are to inspect the attic, anything in storage areas that would not allow ladder
    access to the opening needs to be removed by the owner.
  3. Water, heat, gas and electricity should be on and in operating condition.
  4. For safety’s sake, areas containing any aggressive animal(s) may not be inspected.
    Please do not lock pets in basement mechanical rooms.
  5. Please attend the inspection if at all possible but be aware that completing your
    inspection in the 3 hour time frame may require the inspector to work alone or
    uninterrupted at times. Feel free to ask questions – we will answer all that we can in the
    time alloted or at the conclusion of the inspection. Wear weather appropriate clothing.

Maintenance and repair costs:
Charged by the hour.
    $45 = first hour, $35/hr after the first. Add $15/hr if the task requires 2 people. All time
    charged is rounded to the next 15 minutes. Specialty repairs may be bid by the job.
